We make for you in our factories, towels, aprons, bibs measure. All products are quality controlled - CE manufacturing.
The marking and compaction are made in our manufacturing units in Lyon (France) by our qualified staff. The compacted products require appropriate compaction equipment and a special folding technique.
Regarding the visual, the offset printing is required for a perfect t-shirt and a perfect rendering. It is imperative for you to compare our manufacturing to the manufacturing of other companies who can offer you products compressed. For this reason do not hesitate to request samples before placing your order, you can see for yourself the difference in production quality.
For each order, we realize first and foremost a model on both sides, called "inserts" showing the advertisement you want to communicate in accordance with the visual files you provide us with, we create inserts. These inserts are then printed in process printing colour (CMYK), then cut in the chosen form.
The realization of inserts in process printing is very important to the result of the compressed product.
After selecting your tee-shirt, towel, backpack or apron, we take care of the printing and embroidery of your logo or your advertising message.
Thereafter, we make the mould which will allow the product to be compacted. After a technical study we will send you by email the layout for an approval before the mass production.
Then, our specialized technician will compress with a specific machine the tee-shirt, towel or bag in a mould manufactured in the form of the chosen inserts. Everything is filmed and retracted to complete a perfect product (see below picture)
